Salary: €2,500 to €3,500 net
We are looking for someone who can be both our PMO and COO in one – someone who not only manages project chaos but also strategizes like a pro. If you enjoy improving processes, can connect strategic goals with real results, and want to become an essential link between planning and execution – your place on our team is waiting!
What you will be doing
- Implement and maintain IT project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Track and ensure IT project progress.
- Manage resources efficiently and set priorities.
- Ensure operational efficiency while adhering to planned budgets and deadlines.

- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategy through effective project management solutions.
- Ensure the achievement of strategic organizational goals, establish continuous processes, and oversee their execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure mutual success.
What we expect from you
- We have high expectations, so we believe you are someone with substantial experience. You have been managing large-scale projects for 5+ years, and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PMBoK, or Prince2 are not just theory to you but everyday practice. Certifications in these areas are a strong advantage!
- It is very important to us that you can share your knowledge with others – from project managers to teams. We believe you have the skills not only to lead but also to teach, motivate, and help others grow.
- You know how to analyze information, extract key insights, and provide clear recommendations. And when it’s time to present them to clients, management, or the team, you do so clearly, persuasively, and with enthusiasm.
- Of course, we are looking for someone who can see not only the next steps but also the bigger picture. Strategic thinking, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset are exactly the qualities that ensure professionalism and project success. If this sounds like you – we look forward to your application!
