French cybersecurity leader Hucency has acquired Lithuanian software company PassCamp, a premier provider of advanced white-label password management vault technology.
Strategic Expansion and Proven Technology

The deal, the value of which was not disclosed, will strengthen Hucency’s password management capabilities, open up new international markets, and significantly extend the service package available to its 1300 customers.
PassCamp’s technology was trusted by global cybersecurity leaders and major industry players, including CyberGhost, Private Internet Access (PIA), and ReasonLabs, to name a few.
“The acquisition of PassCamp is a strategic step in our mission to put people at the heart of cybersecurity. Their unique vault technology allows us to offer enterprise-grade security that is both powerful and incredibly user-friendly,” noted Carl HERNANDEZ, CEO of Hucency.
“We are excited that PassCamp’s product will continue serving customers and believe it will become a valuable addition to Hucency’s portfolio,” said PassCamp CEO Aida.
From R&D Excellence to Global Markets
PassCamp’s journey began in 2016 as an ambitious R&D side project within the tech company Adeo Web. The primary focus was the practical application of Zero-Knowledge Proof protocols in password management software—ensuring that users retain absolute privacy and that no third party, not even the service provider, can access their data.
Following its successful development and growing market demand, PassCamp was established as a standalone legal entity in 2019. Since then, it has become recognized for its secure, scalable, and highly customizable infrastructure.
