EOLTAS is a well-known auto parts retailer in Lithuania, offering a catalog of over 1 million different products. While our work with this client began with regular e-store maintenance and minor improvements, the scope of the EOLTAS project quickly expanded.

One of the main challenges in our collaboration was the company’s step into new eCommerce markets. Although the technical foundation was already in place, the new business direction brought many complexities: new payment systems, additional sales points, new warehouses, product pickup logic, and more. By successfully implementing these systems, we helped EOLTAS streamline business processes, leverage broader marketing strategies, and make B2B shopping more convenient.

The Task

EOLTAS operates one of the largest online stores of its kind in the Baltics, which makes the scope of tasks in our collaboration highly complex.
